How is this different from a free vehicle check?

CarKeeper goes beyond a list of vehicle details. It brings together available history-check results, MOT and mileage records, valuation data, the seller’s advert and your photos, then explains the buying implications: potential costs, points to investigate and questions to ask.

Does it include finance, theft and write-off checks?

The report includes finance, stolen-vehicle and insurance write-off results where our history-data provider returns them for the vehicle. If a result is unavailable, that is not confirmation of a clear history. Records can have gaps or delays, and the report does not provide a financial guarantee.

Does it replace seeing the car?

No. The report helps you prepare for a viewing and ask better questions. It cannot inspect hidden components or guarantee mechanical condition. View the car, take a test drive and arrange an independent inspection where appropriate.

What if I don’t have the advert or photos?

You can continue without them. Your report will have less information to work with, so adding them is worthwhile if you can.

How do I get my report?

After confirmed payment, you are taken to your report page. Keep that private link, or sign in to the account used at checkout to find your reports. You can download a PDF from the report page. If something goes wrong, email info@carkeeper.uk with your order number.
